going down....

So todays weigh in had me at 121.8 lbs. Down from 123 on Saturday. My goal is not to lose any more weight, I would really prefer to maintain at this point, or put on to be 125. I have reintroduced breads/grains (but before 3 pm) a couple weeks ago, but the weight continues to drop. Not a bad problem to have I suppose!! Todays kettlebell class was really good...challenging and I managed to use the 25lb for most of the exercises....progress!!
